Sheeva Halati currently serves as the Vice President, School Operations at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools. In this role, she oversees enrollment, business operations, compliance and school site implementation for all Alliance schools. Sheeva is passionate about ensuring all schools are supported with strong operational systems and school-based operations leaders. Prior to this role, Sheeva served as Managing, Network Operations Lead for Alliance. She started her career in education as a high school science teacher in Atlanta, GA. Sheeva has also held several school-based leadership roles in various locations across the country, including Director of Student Supports and founding Director of Operations. Sheeva holds a B.A. in psychology from UCLA, and an M.ED/CAS in Prevention Science and Practice/School Counseling from Harvard Graduate School of Education..
