We engage the next generation of educational school system leaders to build leadership, cultivate design thinking, and improve outcomes for all students. Our reach does not stop nor end with our fellowships. We extend our reach through professional development services to help school districts, organizations and other school system leaders become catalysts for transforming education and ensuring that every student has access to the opportunity to thrive.
COMMUNITY DRIVEN NEEDS ASSESSMENTS
Our Needs Assessments are built around the CREATE framework, which emerged from a simple but radical premise: when designing a new initiative, it is necessary to collect a comprehensive database of insights from everyone. Our assessments address critical gaps in education innovation.
Cambiar Catalyst develops school systems leaders to build the curiosity and courage to strategically and creatively address the challenges that persistently limit opportunities for students in our public education systems. Our three curricular anchors - innovative strategy, racial equity, and instructional excellence - are central to our work.
LEARNING DESIGN
Cambiar Catalyst provides coaching to senior systems leaders across the country, to overcome evolving leadership and systems level challenges. The coaching and feedback in these sessions, combined with the ongoing check-ins and feedback given to fellows in progress monitoring calls, and manager check-ins result in a robust feedback cycle for the fellow.
