Alyssa Fatal is the Director of Human Capital for Blackstone Valley Prep

In this role, Alyssa oversees recruitment, diversity, equity, inclusion, and Title IX. for six schools and the network office. During her time at BVP, Alyssa has served in several positions and has led work on competencies, DEI strategic planning, and staff and scholar belonging. Prior to joining BVP, Alyssa worked as an ESOL teacher and as a political organizer for campaigns and the American Federation of Teachers.

Alyssa holds an M.A. from Brown University in Urban Education Policy and a B.A. from Swarthmore College.
