Fellowship Role: Vice President of School Operations at Alliance College Ready Public Schools (ACRPS)

Tiffany Wilson is the Vice President of School Operations at Alliance College Ready Public Schools (ACRPS).

In this role, she oversees operations, governance, compliance, and advocacy for all ACRPS schools. Tiffany began her career as a teacher in Washington, DC. After three years of teaching, she returned to school to get her law degree and she subsequently spent almost 6 years practicing law as a corporate criminal defense attorney at a top law firm in DC. Tiffany then returned to her first passion, education, and served as an Assistant Principal of Operations at DC Scholars, a preschool through 8th grade public charter school in Southeast Washington, DC. At DC Scholars, she served as the leader of all non-instructional aspects of the school and she co-led the school from a Tier 2 to Tier 1 status during her tenure. Prior to the Fellowship, Tiffany also served as an Education and Health Legislative Assistant Fellow to U.S. Senator Christopher A. Coons, where she helped develop federal higher education and health policy.

Tiffany holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. from Howard University. Tiffany is also barred to practice law in Washington, DC and the state of Pennsylvania.
