Tenika Holden-Flynn is the Executive Director at Enroll Indy

Tenika is a professional educator with more than 16 years of experience. She began her career as a high school social studies teacher in Prince George's County, Maryland, and has served as a school leader for elementary, middle, high schools, and adult education programs. Tenika focused on increasing student's English language arts and math proficiency rates by maximizing instructional time and providing strategic intervention. Tenika's efforts have led students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels to increase their grade level proficiency by two years in one academic school year. She contributes her success to building strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and community partners.

Tenika is committed to closing the achievement gap and providing a high-quality educational experience for all students. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Policy from Howard University, a Master of Science in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Social Studies from Youngstown State University.
