Bill Murphy currently serves as Executive Director of Enroll Indy.
Previously, he was an independent consultant for K-12 Education Consulting. During the Fellowship, Bill was the Chief Network Officer at the Jefferson Parish Public School System in Louisiana. Previously, Bill was Network 3 Executive Director and managed professional development for and evaluation of 15 principals. He also managed the School Support Specialists team that provides support to principals, teachers, and families. Before moving to Louisiana, Bill served as principal of the Hamilton Elementary Middle School in Baltimore, MD, for four years.
Bill holds a B.A. in English Literature and Psychology from Hamilton College, an M.A. in Religion and Culture from The Catholic University of America, an M.Ed. in Elementary Education/Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College, and an Advanced Professional Certificate from New Leaders for New Schools in Baltimore, MD.
