Megha Juneja is the Director of Strategy & Implementation at Purdue Polytechnic High Schools (PPHS) in Indianapolis, where she leads strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and school model development. A founding member of PPHS, Megha has played a critical role in expanding the network’s footprint across Indiana, translating bold ideas into scalable, learner-centered models. She has led the codification and replication of the PPHS model, supported the launch of the third campus, and was instrumental in designing and implementing PPHS-Lab, the network’s micro school pilot, now entering its third year of operation. Her work has also extended into rural districts, where she led the development of design principles that align innovation with community context and need.

With over 15 years of experience in education across India and the U.S., Megha began her career as a founding educator in multiple school startups in Delhi and later served as a Principal Manager supporting school leaders in Hyderabad and Mumbai. After relocating to the U.S. in 2013, she completed the TESOL program at Teachers College, Columbia University, and worked in New York City as an ESL coach and advocate for immigrant learners. Her work has consistently focused on creating equitable, inclusive systems for all learners, especially the multilingual students and educators. At PPHS, Megha continues to lead with a deep commitment to community partnership, equity-driven innovation, and the design of schools where both students and educators can thrive."
