Luke Lennon serves as the Senior Director of Schools at The Mind Trust, an education nonprofit in Indianapolis. In this role, he manages school support partner relationships, support The Mind Trust’s school incubation efforts, and work on other school-based initiatives. Prior to joining the Fellowship, Luke was the founding assistant school leader of KIPP Indy Legacy High School. From 2012-2016, Luke worked at the Tindley Preparatory Academy, Indiana's only public, all-boys middle school. At Tindley Prep, Luke taught 7th and 8th grade Humanities, served as the assistant school leader, and led as principal. During his two years as principal, Luke improved Tindley Prep's DOE letter grade from a "C" to an "A." In 2016, he was a Building Excellent Schools Fellow, traveling to study some of the highest performing charter schools in the country.

Luke holds a M.Ed. from Columbia University, an M.A.T from Marian University, and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
