Dr. Kim J. Dyce is currently the Deputy Superintendent of Muskogee Public Schools.

Dr. Kim J. Dyce is currently the Deputy Superintendent of Muskogee Public Schools. In this role, she supports the Superintendent in developing, promoting, and implementing all district priorities, objectives, and improvement efforts. Kim also plans, organizes, and supervises multiple departments, which provides district-wide direction and coordination in the identification and implementation of curriculum instruction and evaluation, professional development, special education, and student support services.
Kim previously served as Deputy Superintendent in Tulsa Public Schools. She led the implementation of a new organizational structure whereby Instructional Leadership Director positions were created to support eighty-six principals, monitor school performance, and provide leadership coaching while levering innovation in the classroom to improve student outcomes.
She and her team strategically coordinated the execution of the district’s strategic plan, ensuring that instructional programming and supports were research-based, of high quality, focused on student learning, and prioritized to meet the individual needs of all students through equal access to quality teachers in every classroom.
Kim holds all her degrees from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York. They are as follows: Ed.D. in Educational Administration, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a BA in Political Science.
