Jennifer Gripado is the Executive Director of Leadership Development for Tulsa Public Schools.

In this role, Jennifer oversees the recruitment, selection, placement, and development of all leaders in the district. She wrote and managed a Wallace Foundation Grant and Federal Grant for leadership pipeline creation and implementation. Prior to this role, Jennifer was an Elementary Instructional Leadership Director. She supported and supervised eleven schools. She also has served as a principal, assistant principal, and teacher in Tulsa Public Schools.

Jennifer has partially completed an EDD in Education, Curriculum, and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma and holds a Master’s in Arts from the University of Tulsa and a B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Tulsa.
