Analy Cruz-Phommany is the Executive Director of Bilingual Education & World Languages at the Rochester City School District

In this role, Analy has served in this position for three years. She also has had a role as a New York State Association for Bilingual Education (NYSABE) Region V Delegate and her participation on the New York State ELL Leadership Council, Rochester Latinx Leaders Roundtable, and membership in the New York State Association for Latino Administrations and Superintendents (NYSALAS) allows her to stay rooted in the needs of English Language Learners and the Latinx community. Prior to this role she worked as a bilingual team leader and a bilingual teacher at Enrico Fermi School No. 17.

Analy has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Early Childhood and Childhood Education from SUNY Cortland with a focus on Urban Education. She has a Master of Science (MS) in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and an extension in bilingual education from Nazareth College. She earned her Master of Science (MS) in Educational Leadership at the University of Rochester.
