Marti Hill is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for students in grades Pre-K -5 at Woodbury City Public Schools.
In this role she oversees all instruction and programming for students as well as coaching and supporting school principals to become strong instructional leaders. Prior to joining the Woodbury School District she had a short tenure at Willingboro Public Schools as the Associate Director of Instruction and Programs and served several years in the Camden City School District as both a Lead Educator/ Vice Principal of Instruction and Sr. Lead Educator of Humanities and Intervention at the systems level. In this role and under her direction the average literacy proficiency scores increased 37 percent. As a part of a team, the QSAC instruction and program scores rose from 11 percent to 52 percent a 41 percent increase.
Marti holds a M.S. Ed in Reading and Literacy from Walden University, an M.S. Ed in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University, advanced graduate studies in Curriculum and Instruction from Drexel University and a B.S in Sports Administration from Delaware State University.
