Lindsay Maglio currently serves as an Elementary School Improvement Partner for the Madison Metropolitan School District, where she supports seven elementary schools with their school improvement efforts.
Prior to joining the Fellowship, Lindsay served as Principal of Lindbergh Elementary School for the Madison Metropolitan School District, where she led her school to make the most proficiency growth in literacy of all elementary schools over the past five years. During her time in the Madison Metropolitan School District, she worked on the committee to design the new strategic framework that prioritizes Black Excellence. During her tenure as a principal, Lindsay moved Lindbergh Elementary from meets expectations to exceeds expectations on the school report card for three years in a row.
Lindsay holds a Ed.M. in School Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an M.Ed. in the Art of Teaching from Dominican University, and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
