Jacqueline (Jacquie) Younker is Chief Talent Officer, Breakthrough Public Schools.

She was previously the Chief People Officer of Lorain City Schools. In this role, she oversaw talent acquisition, organizational health, and human resources for the district’s 900 employees and seven collective bargaining unions. Prior to this role, Jacquie was an Instructional Coach at Teach For America - Greater Cleveland. In this role, she coached teachers from Pre-K to 12th grade in technical teaching skills as well as in adaptive leadership. She was also responsible for planning and leading differentiated professional learning for small and large groups. In 2016, Jacquie was selected to serve on the Teach For America's Core Values Committee. As a member of this committee, she was charged with reimagining Teach For America's core values and their implementation. In 2015, Jacquie served as a founding board member to Northeast Ohio's only language immersion school and Ohio's first Mandarin immersion school. Within that capacity, Jacquie also served as Hiring and Teacher Selection Liaison and Academic Committee Chair. Jacquie taught 5th grade English language arts and social studies in Cleveland.
