Emily Nielson serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Baltimore City Public Schools
During the Fellowship, Emily served as the Chief Talent Officer for Camden City School District, where she managed all human resources administration, including recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation, benefits, and labor relations. Prior to that role, Emily served as the Vice President of Human Assets for IDEA Public Schools. Emily previously served as a Dukakis Policy Fellow for the Office of Governor Rick Perry.
Emily holds an M.P.P. and a B.A. from Harvard University.
