Regional Partnerships
In addition to running the National Fellowship, Catalyst offers regional partnerships that focus on a specific city, state, region, or focus area. Catalyst leverages 10+ years of experience building and delivering learning experiences designed to support school systems leaders to develop context specific programming for leaders in places like Oklahoma, Indianapolis, or Rochester, NY.
No “one size fits all” approach
Catalyst believes that each context and engagement is unique and that the approach to designing each fellowship should be as well. Catalyst works with partners to ensure the right combination of content, programming, coaching are offered to meet the objectives of any engagement. Catalyst regional fellowships can happen virtually, in-person, or a combination of the two.

Catalyst partners with systems, foundations, and organizations to develop regional fellowships that are designed to support current and aspiring school systems leaders navigate the complexities that exist in their region. Prior to launching a new regional fellowship, Catalyst works with partners to ensure a deep understanding of the challenges leaders are facing in order to design a learning experience that is tailored to the objectives of those we are serving.
