Colleen Sadowski is the Director of Library & Media Services for the Rochester (NY) City School District. In this role, she supervises a team of 52 staff, and is responsible for library and textbook material finances for the district. In addition, she manages the budget for textbook, hardware and software aid for charter, private & parochial schools. Colleen was the recipient of the 2022 Rochester Education Foundation’s Making A Difference in Education award. She is a past chairperson of the Regents Advisory Council on Libraries.

Colleen holds an Ed.D. in Education Leadership from the University of Rochester, and a M.S. in Library & Information Science from Syracuse University.
